Player Agreement Overview
This Player Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of SpinWorld, effective as of 2026. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or otherwise using any part of SpinWorld, you accept and agree to be bound by these sweepstakes rules in full.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not create an account or otherwise use SpinWorld. The SpinWorld operating team may update this Agreement from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
No purchase necessary to play or win. SpinWorld operates as a free-to-play social platform featuring Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, and no purchase is required to participate in any promotion or sweepstakes offered on the site.
This document should be read together with any supplemental rules posted for individual promotions. Where a conflict exists between this Agreement and promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules control for that promotion only.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of SpinWorld shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.
You and SpinWorld each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of this section will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits your right to raise concerns with an appropriate consumer protection authority where applicable.
Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations
Access to SpinWorld is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria described below. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that each of the following statements is true and accurate.
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You are a legal resident of a jurisdiction where participation in social sweepstakes gaming of this kind is permitted.
- You are registering and maintaining only one account per person, household, and device.
- You are not accessing SpinWorld from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.
- All registration information you provide is truthful, current, and belongs to you.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the SpinWorld operating team are not eligible to participate in Sweeps Coin promotions. SpinWorld reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
Digital License and Social Token Framework
SpinWorld grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins solely for entertainment purposes within the platform, subject to this Agreement.
Gold Coins are a play-only social currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money or prizes under any circumstance. Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry currency that may be redeemable for prizes solely in accordance with the applicable sweepstakes rules and eligibility criteria posted on the platform.
Neither Gold Coins nor Sweeps Coins constitute property, and you have no vested right, title, or interest in any coin balance. SpinWorld may adjust, correct, or remove coin balances that result from technical error, abuse, or violation of this Agreement.
The license granted under this section terminates automatically upon account closure, suspension, or termination, and any remaining coin balance is forfeited at that time.
Account Security and Profile Administration
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
You agree to notify the SpinWorld operating team promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a breach of your login credentials. SpinWorld is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
You are responsible for keeping your profile information, including your contact details, accurate and current, as this information may be used to administer promotions, verify identity, and communicate important account notices.
Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity
SpinWorld prohibits any activity intended to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the platform or other players. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, the activities listed below.
- Creating or operating more than one account per person, household, or device.
- Using bots, scripts, emulators, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players or exploiting technical errors for improper advantage.
- Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes in bad faith after receiving coin credits.
- Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or verification.
Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activity may be suspended or terminated immediately, and any associated coin balances, including Sweeps Coins, may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property and User Contributions
All content on SpinWorld, including software, graphics, game designs, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to the SpinWorld operating team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any SpinWorld content without prior written permission, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.
If you submit feedback, comments, or other contributions to SpinWorld, you grant the SpinWorld operating team a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that contribution in connection with operating and improving the platform.
System Outages and Technical Disruptions
SpinWorld relies on third-party infrastructure and software that may occasionally experience outages, latency, or errors beyond the reasonable control of the SpinWorld operating team.
In the event of a technical disruption, game malfunction, or connectivity interruption, SpinWorld reserves the right to void affected sessions, adjust coin balances, or take other corrective action necessary to restore fair and accurate results.
SpinWorld does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the platform and is not responsible for losses of any kind arising from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or technical failure.
Liability Limits and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SpinWorld operating team, its affiliates, and its service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
The total aggregate liability of the SpinWorld operating team for any claim relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the value of any unused, unredeemed Sweeps Coin balance directly at issue in the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SpinWorld operating team from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of this Agreement, applicable sweepstakes rules, or applicable law.
Termination and General Provisions
SpinWorld may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or applicable law, or that SpinWorld determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other players.
You may close your account at any time by following the account closure process described in your account settings. Upon termination, all licenses granted under this Agreement end immediately, and unredeemed coin balances are forfeited as described above.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with any posted promotion-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the SpinWorld operating team regarding your use of the platform.
These sweepstakes rules apply equally to all players and promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
